Aditya Ramnath

Aditya Ramnath is currently specialized in retail leasing, working in both tenant and landlord representation. On the tenant side, Aditya represents national credit tenants, both corporate and franchise operators. Additionally, he works with regional, local, and boutique groups in every category, including F&B, fitness, traditional retail, and more. Aditya utilizes his in-depth market knowledge, relationships with developers and landlords, and intrinsic understanding of how to structure complex commercial real estate transactions in order to negotiate winning terms on behalf of his clients and facilitate their overall expansion goals. On the landlord side, Aditya represents both institutional and private capital ownership groups in maximizing their asset value. Aditya has experience working with traditional grocery anchored shopping centers as well as ground-up mixed-use new construction throughout Southern California. Aditya understands the important dynamic that a retail component brings to any project and looks to maximize revenue potential for his clients while maintaining the integrity and authenticity that thoughtful merchandising brings to a community.
