Andreas Nava serves as an Associate at Matthews™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease properties. Andreas has experience with QSR and multifamily transactions, development, and underwriting. Andreas brings to the table years of experience and deep knowledge in both international and national real estate, along with an unrelenting work ethic in the field. His primary objective is to assist owners in achieving their short- and long-term goals and ensuring the security of their investments.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Andreas oversaw single-family housing acquisitions and management for his family’s business in Mexico.
