Andrew Gross serves as Managing Director at Matthews™, playing an integral role in guiding Matthews™ through its next chapter of growth and evolution. He leads with a strong emphasis on scaling operations, strengthening agent performance, and executing the company’s national initiatives. Based in Dallas, Andrew works to support agents, ensuring they have the tools, structure, and mentorship needed to succeed. Andrew plays a pivotal part in establishing and growing Matthews’ footprint across Texas. He oversees agent development, growth strategies, and identifies key opportunities across Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding submarkets. Andrew has a reputation as both a hands-on mentor and trusted advisor, guiding agents through complex transactions while creating an environment of support and accountability.

Andrew began his real estate career specializing in net lease, industrial, and office investment sales. He utilized his deep-seated experience and a specialized degree in real estate finance to represent his clients’ best interests while advising them toward their short- and long-term investment goals. Andrew quickly became one of the most active agents in the industry. Since joining Matthews™, Andrew has closed over 200 deals and transacted $600M in commercial real estate. His notable accomplishments include recognition as a top broker in Texas, receiving the D CEO Power Broker Award in 2020 and 2021, and being nationally recognized as a top broker, winning Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award in 2021. In 2022, Andrew was named an emerging leader by DCEO.
