With over five years of experience in the industry, Ben has executed transactions totaling $167.2M in aggregate value, working with a wide range of clients from first-time buyers and sellers to public companies and some of the nation’s top 10 storage owners. His deep focus on the self-storage sector allows him to identify market trends, capitalize on opportunities, and advance his clients’ strategic objectives.

Before joining Matthews™, Ben gained valuable business and sales experience as a Sales Enablement Intern at Insight, a Fortune 500 technology company, where he supported the healthcare division in achieving quarterly sales exceeding $1.8 million. While at Arizona State University, he co-launched Shlakcer, an organizational app designed to help students streamline their academic and personal schedules.
