Ben Turner

Ben Turner serves as Senior Associate for Matthews™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, in addition to negotiating leases on behalf of his clients, particularly in the San Diego County region. Ben utilizes his expertise in real estate investment to foster enduring relationships with the industry’s leading private clients, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. He prioritizes his clients’ interests, aiming to maximize opportunities and long-term financial prosperity for them. With a positive attitude and unwavering dedication, he serves as a driving force in the commercial real estate industry. 

Prior to joining Matthews™, Ben worked as a commercial real estate agent for Inland Pacific, focusing primarily on tenant and buyer representation for industrial assets throughout San Diego.
