Bill Pedersen serves as Regional President of the East at Matthews™, leading the firm’s strategic expansion and operational excellence in key markets along the Eastern region of the United States. In this senior leadership role, Bill oversees office performance, guides regional business development, and drives the execution of enterprise-level initiatives that align with the firm’s national growth strategy. He plays a critical role in mentoring market leaders, fostering cross-office collaboration, and empowering agents with the structure and support needed to elevate production and long-term success.

A proven leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics and sales strategy, Bill has been instrumental in strengthening Matthews™’ brand presence across the East. His influence is seen in the continued growth of local offices, the cultivation of strong leadership pipelines, and the company’s ability to deliver top-tier client service at scale. Bill’s commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire high-performing teams make him a driving force in the company’s rapid and sustained growth.

Before his current role, Bill Pedersen was a managing director at Matthews™. He also served as market leader of the Orange County, CA office, leading it to be the company’s largest office, as well as the top producing office in 2019 and 2022. In his time as market leader, Bill hired and mentored over 75 professionals and orchestrated the establishment of leasing, multifamily, and self-storage divisions in the Orange County market.

In addition, Bill was one of the most active and reputable agents in the industry. Bill has extensive experience in the STNL sector. Throughout his career, he has transacted over 65 properties and an overall sales volume of nearly $800M. Notable record-breaking transactions of Bill’s include Beverly Hills BMW, Santa Monica Mini Storage, The Village of Mammoth, and Mariano’s in Bannockburn, IL.
