Blake King serves as an Associate Market Leader in the Nashville office of Matthews™, where he plays a key role in driving the firm’s strategic growth across Middle Tennessee. In addition to supporting brokerage operations, Blake is deeply involved in expanding the Nashville platform through recruiting, training, and developing top-tier talent.

Blake works closely with leadership to identify and attract high-performing professionals who align with Matthews’ collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. He is actively involved in onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training initiatives designed to accelerate agent performance and long-term success.
