Brandon Perez is an investment sales specialist advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased properties. Primarily focusing in drugstores, Brandon works with institutional and private clients to take advantage of trends in the drugstore market. Using unrelenting work ethic, strong relationships, and comprehensive knowledge of the industry, Brandon prides himself on his unwavering commitment to meeting his client’s immediate needs and long-term financial objectives.
Prior to Matthews™, Brandon worked at an industrial acquisitions and development company in Santa Monica, CA, where he focused on research for transportation-oriented, cold storage and warehouse distribution properties in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange County.
