Cameron Crowner is a seasoned commercial real estate professional at Matthews™, specializing in retail leasing, specifically focusing on landlord representation. With over 35 years of brokerage experience, Cameron brings extensive transactional expertise and deep market knowledge to every assignment. Over his career, he has represented more than three million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA), working with a wide range of clients from institutional REITs to individual property owners.

Cameron is known for his integrity, responsiveness, and long-term approach to business. Prior to joining Matthews™, Cameron spent more than 13 years at Epsteen & Associates, where he focused on retail leasing and sales throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets. Before E&A, Cameron worked at Colliers International for 10 years and CBRE for 15 years. His transactional experience includes land sales to national anchors such as Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot; build-to-suit requirements for retailers like Ralphs, HomeGoods, West Elm and Capital One; outparcel ground leases with brands like Chevron, McDonald’s, Chili’s and Chase Bank. Cameron’s listings, covering all product types, includes storefront leases with tenants such as Chipotle, Starbucks, Mattress Firm, America’s Best and Pacific Dental Services.
