Before stepping into leadership, Carter built a highly respected brokerage career specializing in the Orange County industrial market. He advised landlords, tenants, and investors on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and 1031 Exchange of high-value industrial assets. Known for his deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and relentless work ethic, Carter developed a reputation as a committed, results-driven advisor who consistently delivered strategic value and long-term success for his clients.
