Catherine Lueckel serves as Vice President of the Matthews™ Retail Leasing Division, working in both tenant and landlord representation. Catherine specializes in aiding tenants in their expansion efforts by prospecting new territories, as well as identifying and negotiating leases on behalf of her clients. When representing a tenant, Catherine ensures the best solutions for her clients by taking the time to understand their goals, concept’s business, and customer base. On the landlord side, she maximizes the value of their investment properties through customized marketing services, strategic guidance, and in-depth knowledge of the Ohio market. Her expertise in client relationships and leasing stems from working with several nationally-recognized clients, including Smoothie King, Cricket Wireless, Shelter Insurance, Crumbl Cookies, Dunkin’ Donuts, and more. Catherine serves her clients with long-term growth and profitability at the forefront of her business.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Catherine worked for Passov Real Estate Group as a Senior Associate where she gained experience with Landlord & Tenant representation and extensive knowledge on Ohio markets. She has over ten years of experience with landlord and tenant representation, property research, and market analysis.
