Prior to joining Matthews™, Chase worked at Slatt Capital in Los Angeles, where he played a key role in sourcing and structuring debt and equity for pre-development, construction, bridge, and permanent financing solutions. Before Slatt Capital, Chase spent over seven years at Continental Partners and Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), where he cultivated deep relationships with real estate owners, lenders, and equity providers along the West Coast and across the country.
