Prior to joining Matthews™, Davis served as a valuation and risk advisory professional at Lowery Property Advisors. Here, he assisted commercial real estate investors and lenders in identifying value and mitigating risk through diligent property underwriting. Additionally, he partnered with commercial real estate owners at Trademark Property Group, managing tenant relationships and capitalizing on trends in the mixed-use landscape of multifamily and retail assets.
