His leadership blends a collaborative, hands-on approach with a clear vision for expanding Matthews™’ presence across Texas, ensuring the Austin office is aligned with the company’s broader objectives for innovation and national growth.

Before stepping into his leadership position, Gray established himself as a trusted self-storage investment specialist, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of facilities throughout Texas. A native of the state, he combined deep local market knowledge with industry expertise and Matthews™’ proprietary technology to deliver tailored strategies and exceptional results for his clients. His track record of navigating complex transactions and achieving optimal outcomes reflects a commitment to both client success and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Gray gained experience as an investment sales associate with Networth Realty and Local Life Realty.
