Grayson Duyck leads the third-party leasing, tenant representation, and land disposition team for Matthews™ across Dallas-Fort Worth and the greater Texas area. Grayson represents both property owners and tenants in full retail leasing and brokerage services. From private capital to institutional clients, Grayson represents a wide assortment of property owners and property types, including neighborhood and grocery-anchored shopping centers, high-end single-tenant retail, commercial land and pad sites, and ground-up construction projects. Grayson leverages his in-depth market knowledge and expansive network to provide the best potential strategy for his clients and ensure the most significant long-term growth and profitability.

Since joining Matthews™, Grayson has been directly involved in handling and negotiating over 500 lease and/or sales transactions totaling over 750,000 SF and over $400 million in total volume.

On the landlord side, Grayson has had the pleasure of representing owners and developers such as CROW Holdings, Malouf Interests, Banyan, Hunington Properties, Hielan RE Group, and more.

On the tenant side, Grayson has also had the pleasure of representing brands such as Amped Fitness, HTT Brands, SculptMe Pilates, Jimmy Johns, HTeaO, Feng Cha, Ferah Tex-Med, Qargo Coffee, Ace Pickleball, Fossil Creek Liquor, and others in both their local and national expansions.
