Gregory K. Kavoklis

Gregory K. Kavoklis serves as a Vice President for the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division. He is positioned to provide commercial real estate operators sound financing solutions along the entire capital stack. Experience from capital intermediaries has enabled his ability to find success in execution of  multimillion-dollar financings. He is well connected to national, regional, and local funding sources, agency lenders (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, and bridge lenders.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Gregory worked for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation and then Tauro Capital Advisors. During that time, he focused on origination across a suite of debt products and structures and built deep relationships with active capital providers through real transactions nationwide.
