Jeffrey Carr serves as a Senior Associate for Matthews™, specializing in retail leasing, specifically shopping centers, single-tenant buildings, and ground-up developments. Outside of landlord representation, Jeffrey also works with tenants from various backgrounds, ranging from national credit retailers to local credit. He provides expert level service to his clients by accurately analyzing high-level financial data, predicting market trends based on extensive research, and providing strategic direction to his client through exceptional investor insight. Jeffrey utilizes his knowledge of land dispositions and tenant representation to provide the highest support throughout the entire transactional process. His professional demeanor, paired with his relentless work ethic, make Jeffrey a trusted resource for clients.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Jeffrey worked for an artificial intelligence company to assist with logistics companies back-office automation across North America. Additionally, he worked as a supply chain analyst at IKS on various logistical management issues.
