As Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation, Jill B. Rowe leverages her extensive experience in complex litigation and arbitration to guide and support the company’s operations and legal strategies, including compliance matters and employment.

With 26 years of legal expertise, Jill brings significant experience in the commercial real estate space, representing agents, property owners, and investors. Her impressive track record includes over 50 cases taken to trial or arbitration, with a win rate of approximately 90%. Throughout her career, Jill has successfully represented some of the industry’s largest firms, including Marcus & Millichap, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and more.

Prior to Matthews™, Jill worked as a litigation partner at Venable Law Firm based in San Francisco.
