Jonah’s relationships span from large institutions, developers, and REITs to high net-worth individuals across the nation.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Jonah worked at Fairmount Properties, a development firm that has built upwards of $1.5 billion in mixed-use properties and university anchored/ urban mixed-use development across the United States. Here, Jonah provided his expertise on evaluating potential new pipeline deals and properties, underwriting development plays, and marketing current developments for leasing purposes.
