Kevin Puder is a Vice President at Matthews™ and works with Chad Kurz to oversee his and his mentee’s transactions. He is an integral part of the mentee process, providing knowledge and insight to help grow young agents within the firm.

 

Kevin leverages his extensive knowledge and significant expertise to ensure a successful and seamless transaction on all deals. His ability to maintain relationships with clients, owners, and agents in the industry illustrates his dedication to his client’s investment goals. He utilizes his impressive network to ensure maximum exposure and opportunities for all properties. Kevin’s problem-solving capabilities enable him to keep his clients informed and nurtured throughout the transaction process. His background as a former loan broker and his depth of knowledge working those transactions translate to success for all his clients.


Prior to his current role, Kevin was one of the original and top producing agents at Barrington Capital, which Matthews™ eventually acquired to become Matthews™ Capital Markets. Kevin is the most tenured debt agent with long standing relationships and played an integral role in the growth of Barrington and the transition to Matthews™ Capital Markets. Kevin helped grow the division while mentoring agents and sourcing debt from strong relationships with banks, credit unions, conduits, and life insurance companies for commercial real estate properties nationwide. With hundreds of loans arranged and now investment sales since starting his career, Kevin brings experience, a relentless work ethic, and an unparalleled drive and passion to his work.
