Kyle Pari
Kyle Pari serves as an investment sales associate for Matthews™, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing representation of single tenant net lease properties. He leverages his in-depth market knowledge and network to provide the best strategies for his clients and ensure the greatest long-term growth and profitability. On the landlord representation side, Kyle provides strategic direction for owners in order to maximize the value-add of their centers. Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and experience in analyzing business revitalization of investment strategies, Kyle guides his clients towards their investment goals, making him an essential asset.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Kyle began his real estate career at Keller Williams Westside. He then transitioned to Rodeo Realty, where he learned fundamentals of commercial real estate. He then worked for a real estate development company that specialized in ground-up developments NNN leases where he was the Director of Acquisitions. During his time there, he opened multiple escrows and grew a strong passion for retail real estate.
