Mark Bridge

Mark Bridge is a real estate professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout Southern California.  Mark graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate. He began his 24+ year career immediately after college and quickly earned the Sales Recognition Award in 2004 and 2005 and rose to senior associate in 2005. Mark was promoted to vice president of investments in 2013, first vice president of investments in 2015, managing director in 2018, and executive vice president and senior director in 2025. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2008.

With a proven track record of success, he has closed over $3.4 billion in transactions across more than 420 deals. Mark’s deep understanding of the multifamily sector and his commitment to delivering value-drive strategies make him a trusted advisor to clients throughout Southern California.

Based in Orange County, Mark has earned a reputation as one of the regions top multifamily agents. He has been featured in multiple newspapers and magazines including CoStar Research, GlobeSt., The Real Deal, Apartment Association of Orange County, Newport Beach Independent, and Laguna Beach Independent. He has also given lectures on real estate at Cal State University, Fullerton.  He offers clients a broad spectrum insight into portfolio analysis, real estate cycle analysis, acquisition and disposition advice, 1031-exchange scenarios, and real-time market information all with the goal of helping his clients create and preserve wealth.
