Matt Kovesdy
Matt Kovesdy is an industrial investment sales specialist who advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities across the Midwest. In addition to his investment sales expertise, Matt represents owner-users and tenants in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of high-value industrial assets throughout Northeast Ohio. He is known for putting clients first, creating measurable value, and delivering consistent, reliable execution—driving long-term relationships throughout the industry.
Before joining Matthews™, Matt spent five years at Avison Young, progressing from Analyst to Associate and ultimately Senior Associate. During his tenure, he focused on industrial and office sales and leasing, sharpening his market insight and transaction experience.
