Matt LoPiccolo specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant retail properties throughout California, with an emphasis in San Diego. As a professional in advisory services and retail investment sales, Matt has built a reliable network of publicly-traded REITs, preferred developers, servicers, and private client investors. To advise his clients in the 1031 tax-deferred exchange, Matt recently created a streamlined process and alternative investments analysis so his clients can compare the alternative property’s return and understand the process. His commitment to putting his clients first and creating value assures him long-lasting relationships throughout the industry and certainty of execution.
