Matthew Ladd

Matthew Ladd is an associate with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of industrial properties throughout the Midwest, with an emphasis on Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Matt is focused on providing his clients with the best market intel and advisory services within his market and product focus. On a daily basis, Matt is engaged in the marketplace identifying areas of opportunity and logging the newest and most active investment buyer acquisition criteria. Matt utilizes Matthews™ technology, along with a well-balanced and creative approach to each client’s property allowing for maximum exposure of their asset and ultimately securing the highest value possible.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Matt spent time as a commercial broker for both Marcus & Millichap and Miller Chicago Real Estate. In addition to his time in the office, Matthew also works for the Chicago Fire Departments as a firefighter and EMT.
