Micah Baylor is a real estate professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties at Matthews™. Micah brings a strong foundation in real estate developed through a combination of academic achievement and hands-on industry experience. Micah was selected to represent the University of Miami in the Real Estate Executive Exchange (REEX) competition, competing against top programs and demonstrating an early grasp of complex real estate principles. Micah further strengthened real-world expertise by working with a real estate company, gaining direct experience in transactions and client relations. This background, along with an earlier role as an intern at Matthews™, allows Micah to provide a comprehensive and strategic perspective for each client interaction.
