Nick Lore specializes in the acquisition and disposition of manufactured housing communities, RV parks and resorts, and multifamily properties. Whether advising on a sale, acquisition, recapitalization, or refinancing decision, he delivers actionable insights grounded in current capital markets and underwriting standards.

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning lending, loan servicing, brokerage, and principal investing, Nick brings a comprehensive perspective to every transaction. Throughout his career, Nick has contributed to more than $200 million in closed transactions and advisory assignments. His disciplined execution process includes buyer qualification, negotiated terms, full due diligence coordination, and financing oversight through closing, ensuring certainty and alignment at every stage.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Nick served as a multifamily investment sales advisor at Marcus & Millichap, where he represented owners in the sale and acquisition of manufactured housing communities, RV parks, and multifamily assets. He advised clients on sell-versus-refinance-versus-recapitalization decisions using both lender and investor perspectives, providing valuation, underwriting, and strategic positioning to maximize proceeds and certainty of execution.

Earlier in his career, Nick held leadership roles in real estate finance and loan servicing, including regional manager at Green Tree Servicing (now Ditech Financial), a mobile home lender and loan servicer. He oversaw 70,000 active loans totaling $5.6 billion in unpaid principal balance. He managed more than 100 direct and indirect reports and led large-scale financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and asset oversight initiatives.
