Nicole Capobianco serves as Vice President of Sales Recruiting and Enablement for Matthews™, focusing on the talent acquisition and support of all Matthews™ brokers. She leverages her extensive skills in coordinating and managing the production cycle for transactions and advisory services by working ahead of the curve and understanding all the variables involved in a real estate transaction. She brings 20 years of real estate experience, having worked for nationally recognized commercial firms. Nicole is recognized as a prominent leader in the industry, with a reputation for her tenacity, synergy, and professional track record.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Nicole served as Vice President of Transaction Services at Greysteel, responsible for coordinating and supporting Greysteel’s transaction professionals nationwide.
