Noah Grossman is a member of the Healthcare Division at Matthews™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of medical properties across the Midwest. He advises physician groups, healthcare systems, and private investors with data-driven insights and tailored strategies focused on medical office buildings, urgent care centers, dental offices, and more.

Before joining Matthews™, Noah managed over $3.2 billion in fixed income portfolios as an assistant portfolio manager at AAM Insurance Investment Management in Chicago, with prior experience at Ellwood Associates (now CAPTRUST). His background in investment management gives him a strong analytical foundation to guide real estate decisions.
