Although Treasury yields have retraced somewhat over the past two weeks, and some lenders have cut interest rate spreads (although at a very low pace), all-in fixed rates for 5- and 10-year capital remain within the 6.30% to 7.25% range for most asset classes, aside from office. The Yield Curve has had its longest inversion since 1929, yet experts have not seen evidence of a recession as of yet, as government spending continues to be invested into the U.S. economy.
