Katie Carpenter has over ten years of accounting and tax services experience. She joined the commercial real estate field after working with a myriad of real estate clients at a local CPA firm and learning the industry’s challenges in accounting, billing, and taxation. She is the first-ever VP of Finance and one of the first female executives on the Matthews™ Executive Leadership board, an accomplishment she is remarkably proud of. Katie has led her department with strength and diligence, cementing her expertise in the male-dominated commercial real estate and finance industries.
