Collin Cambas to Aid Business Development and Growth

 

Atlanta — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announced the addition of former asset manager Collin Cambas as Associate Vice President of Business Development to the firm’s Shopping Center Division. Based out of Atlanta, Cambas will specialize in the acquisition and disposition of grocery-anchored shopping centers. In addition, he will work alongside Atlanta Market Leader and Vice President Johnny Blue Craig to advance brokerage growth, client services, and office recruitment.

Cambas previously served as primary asset manager for global REIT PGIM Real Estate, where he managed the company’s Southeast grocery-anchored portfolio, in addition to numerous power and lifestyle centers, totaling over $1 billion in gross asset value.
