His day-to-day includes overseeing 30+ agents, office activities, maximizing agent production, evaluating department performance, assisting with the closing of deals, enacting the latest company initiatives, and tracking office statistics. Daniel’s determination to grow Matthews’ reach and footprint makes him a well-trusted leader at the company. In addition, Daniel is a top-producing multifamily agent in Southern California, with a specialized focus within the San Fernando Valley market. Throughout his career, Daniel has closed over $1 billion in multifamily investment sales and ground-up development sites.

 

Michael Moreno – Michael Moreno stands as a leader of the Matthews™ Healthcare Division at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Michael is an investment sales professional specializing in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of healthcare investment properties nationwide.
