Alexander Harrold serves as senior vice president and senior director of industrial at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. In this position, he leads the industrial division and specializes in advisory consulting and nationwide disposition of industrial properties. Harrold manages a team of brokers who service top developers, REITs, and private clients.

 

Austin McLeod serves as vice president of the Matthews™ Self-Storage division. Since joining the company, McLeod has become one of the most well-known self-storage brokers in the country, handling over 2.5 million square feet in 12 states. He works with private investors, developers, private equity funds, and the largest institutional investment firms.

 

Clark Finney is a vice president and director specializing in comprehensive debt and equity solutions and assisting principals in underwriting and analyzing acquisition opportunities.

 

Nick Watson is an associate vice president with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He oversees a team of agents who specialize in assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and sale-leaseback of industrial properties throughout the Southeast, specifically in the Tampa MSA.
