Based out of Austin, TX, Marshall specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties nationwide.

 

Bringing over 10 years of real estate experience, Marshall was most recently positioned as vice president of investment sales at Avison Young. Before his role at Avison Young, Marshall was a director at Spire Realty, a high-net-worth family office. In this position, he oversaw company portfolios in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Fort Worth totaling over four million square feet of Class A office buildings. Throughout his career, Marshall has led the execution of $1 billion in transactional volume.
