Retail Specialist Erik Vogelzang Joins National Brokerage in El Segundo Office

Positioned as Associate Vice President, Vogelzang will specialize in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties across the U.S.

 

Establishing himself as a top producer early on in his career, Vogelzang has worked within various aspects of the commercial real estate field. During his time at SRS, Vogelzang closed north of $150M in sales volume, managing the trading of big-box stores, dollar stores, fast casual restaurants, and shopping centers. Prior to SRS, Vogelzang handled the underwriting and reporting of over 15 million square feet of a wide range of properties working as an acquisition and asset management analyst for Barings.
