Nashville, TN — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, surpassed 1,000 agents, employees, and trainees for the first time in company history in Q2 2024. This accomplishment secures Matthews™ as one of the industry’s fastest-growing commercial real estate firms, reaching 1,000 team members in nine years.

 

Despite difficult market conditions, Matthews™ has been steadfast in business development on both the agent support and sales side. This continued growth drove positive transaction activity, with the company reporting a year-over-year increase in listings and sales volume for Q2. Matthews™ also saw positive transaction activity in Q1. Comparatively, Real Capital Analytics reported a -16% decrease in sales volume for the U.S. market as of April.

 

Matthews™ brought on several industry veterans, including Vice President Kevin Diener in Dallas, TX, and Vice President Andrew Marcus in New York, NY. In June, the brokerage welcomed 300+ participants to the award-winning sales coaching program.
