This comes as a result of their incredible work on the 2140 Davie Ave. and 5830 Triangle Dr. portfolio sale in Commerce, CA.  The annual awards recognize the most impactful projects completed within the last 12 months. The portfolio closed for $17.5M and included a sale-leaseback transaction. Matthews™ represented the sellers, International Tea Importers, in the deal.
