The national real estate firm is continuing its strategic expansion by opening its Denver and Chicago offices. Matthews™ now has a total of over 400 agents and employees, across 13 offices nationwide.

 

In total, Matthews™ closed over 714 transactions, reaching $2.18B in transaction volume in Q3 of this year. The acquisition of Cadence Capital, along with the hiring of 35 agents and employees, has contributed to the significant revenue and market growth seen within the company. Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington believes continuing the firm’s recruiting efforts and focusing on technology advancement will drive higher margins and greater brand recognition throughout 2021.
