National Brokerage Hires Laura Gonzales to Open Office and Head Recruitment Efforts

 

Jacksonville, FL – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently opened its 17^th office with local capital markets expert Laura Gonzales to lead the way. Positioned as Market Leader, Gonzales will manage the Jacksonville office and head its extensive recruitment efforts. Further, Gonzales will work alongside executive leadership to develop the Matthews™ Capital Markets division nationally.

 

Gonzales boasts over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in debt and equity origination. Before joining Matthews™, Gonzales served as Regional Manager of Capital Markets at Franklin Street, a full-service brokerage based in Jacksonville, where she doubled the team size in a single year. Gonzales has also held notable positions as Senior Manager for BBVA Compass and Vice President of CRE Jacksonville for Bank of America. Throughout her career, Gonzales has been recognized for her outstanding accomplishments in CRE finance including GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence award in 2021 and Connect Media’s Top Mortgage Broker and Lender award in 2022.
