Matthews™ Capital Markets financed the sale by securing a $14.2M bridge loan provided by Blue Vista Finance. First Vice President Chad Plumly handled the financing.

 

Matthews™ represented the sellers, local investors, who were looking to dispose of the property and reallocate capital into industrial assets in the region. Associate Tripp Brown and Regional Director Johnny Blue Craig handled the transaction.

 

The buyer was a first-time commercial real estate investor looking to enter the Tennessee market. Using Matthews’ national shared database, agents sourced the private buyer, based out of Denver, for the unique deal and offered financing through the firm’s debt and equity services. The buyer used this purchase to launch a new acquisition platform and plans to transition the complex to a medical-focused plaza.
