Based out of the Matthews™ Chicago office, Forkin specializes in retail investment properties throughout Chicagoland and the greater Midwest.

 

Forkin brings 16 years of commercial real estate experience working alongside developers, syndicators, institutions, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Throughout his career, Forkin has handled or advised on aggregated sales north of $1.6 billion, encompassing more than 300 transactions across 17 states.
