Jacksonville, FL— Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, managed the successful closing of the three-property Murray Hill Gardens Portfolio in Jacksonville, FL. Matthews™ Associate William Bruce and First Vice President Cameron Hooper represented the seller in the transaction.

 

The portfolio consists of 48 one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units across four buildings. Located in Jacksonville’s vibrant Murray Hill neighborhood, the apartment units offer local eateries and boutique shops within close proximity. Traditionally at 100% occupancy, with most units still in classic condition, the property offers significant upside through unit renovations.

 

“Through a diligent and robust marketing campaign, we were able to highlight the unique value this portfolio has and achieve a great price for our client, as well as a profitable investment for the buyer,” Bruce said.

 

Lone Moon Capital acquired the investment. They plan to immediately execute a renovation plan to upgrade the units to create community enhancement.

The sale included 4809 Plymouth Street, 1175 Randolph Street, and 4818 Alpha Avenue.
