TriWest Multifamily Sells 142,000+ SF Apartment

 

GEORGIA —  Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the successful closing of Woodland Commons located at 22 Forest Circle, Newnan, GA for a price of $21,555,000. Matthews™ First Vice President & Associate Director Austin Graham facilitated the transaction.

 

The apartment complex, constructed in 2002, boasts 114 units and offers 142,984 square feet.

 

The seller, TriWest Multifamily, purchased the asset in 2022, executed their business plan and positioned themselves for a strategic exit.

 

The buyer, Arcan Capital, acquired Woodlands Commons through a 1031 exchange by assuming the existing debt with very attractive terms, thus adding another well-located, performing asset to its existing Atlanta portfolio.

 

“The strong location and growth potential of Woodlands Commons along with it’s early 2000’s vintage makes this a compelling investment opportunity,” Graham said.
