Akron, OH —Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announced the sale of a two-property industrial sale at 1033 Kelly Avenue and 1240 Triplett Boulevard, Akron, OH. Matthews™ Associate Ashton Miller and Associate Vice President Andrew Wiesemann represented the seller in the transaction.

 

The portfolio, occupied by J.W. Didado Electric, a subsidiary company of Quanta Services (NYSE: $PWR), features two buildings totaling 95,403 square feet on 13.24 acres. Based in Akron, J.W. Didado Electric will continue to occupy and operate out of the locations.
