The transaction closed after a quick 47-day escrow. Senior Associate Austin McLeod handled the transaction.

 

Matthews™ represented the seller, CSC General Contractors, a local self-storage and industrial property developer. The seller initially built the facility in 2018 and was interested in selling to take advantage of the robust storage market.

“This was a stabilized facility located in a high-income, high-growth sub-market of the Atlanta MSA, making it a perfect fit for the buyer,” McLeod said. “The buyer received a Class-A asset in a great area, while our seller received an all-cash offer and a seamless, timely close.”
