Matthews™ Senior Vice President & Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno, Vice President & Director Tyler Swade, and Vice President & Associate Director Kyle Mackulak represented the seller in the transaction, with Kyle Matthews as the broker of record.
The assets are fully leased to Southern Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy (SENTA), a prominent physician-led ENT and Allergy platform supported by Shore Capital. The portfolio was sold on behalf of Advanced ENT & Allergy, a flagship practice within the SENTA platform. Matthews™ executed a targeted and competitive marketing process that resulted in an exceptional outcome for the physician owners.

Constructed within the past decade, the buildings exemplify high-quality, pre-COVID Class A medical office product and provided the buyer with a compelling basis at acquisition. The portfolio benefits from NNN lease structures, annual rent escalations, and a weighted average lease term exceeding 10 years.
The seller successfully monetized its real estate following an M&A transaction, while the buyer added a portfolio of institutional-quality healthcare assets to an already strong holdings base. The transaction was completed with the initial buyer selected, underscoring the strength of the offering and execution.
