Previously at Sands Investment Group (SIG), Naylon worked as a listing agent for eight years before being promoted to sales manager of the firm’s Santa Monica office in 2020. Prior to SIG, Naylon founded and managed a multifamily brokerage that specialized in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Throughout his career, Naylon has successfully facilitated the purchase and sale of approximately $500 million in transaction volume.
