Located in between the Swift Creek and Mountain Cove neighborhoods, the property is supported by $98K+ average household income and 2,500+ planned residential units within five miles.

 

Matthews™ sourced a private developer that is very active throughout the Atlanta MSA and owned another facility nearby to purchase the property, as it created additional scale, immediate leverage over additional competitors, and new value add opportunity through expansion for the buyer. The buyer plans to use the excess land on the site to add additional climate-controlled, parking spaces, and non-climate units.
