Sale of an Applebee’s in Richardson, TX

 

Richardson, TX —  Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the sale of an Applebee’s located at 125 North Plano Road, Richardson, TX. The sale was the highest price per square foot and overall sales price for an Applebee’s transaction in 2024, according to CoStar. The building is 4,946 square feet and is in proximity to popular neighborhood retail centers. The buyer’s broker was Betty Sun of NAI Latter & Blum.
